HONEYCOMB CENTRAL CORNEAL EDEMA AFTER DESCEMET'S STRIPPING ONLY PROCEDURE
This is the right eye of a patient with Fuchs dystrophy, one week after Descemet Stripping Only (DSO) procedure. The supplementation of ROCK inhibitor produces a characteristic honeycomb epithelial edema. Note the early centripetal clearing of the cornea at the nasal edge of the stripped Descemet.
